The development by Henry Boot Developments and Capital & Centric includes two Grade II Listed Warehouses, one of which, Minto & Turner is believed to be the oldest surviving warehouse in Manchester which had lain for 30 years in ever increasing dereliction – great to see it being finally brought back to life.
